Educational Qualifications:

• Member: The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s Degree from an acknowledged university and is an individual of capacity, uprightness, and standing, and having extraordinary information and expert experience of at the very least fifteen years in law, consumer affairs, public affairs, economics, administration, commerce, finance, industry, management, technology, engineering, public health or medicine
• President: The applicant is or has been, or has done qualification to be able to be a District Judge.

Age Criteria:

• The candidate’s age must be 35 years for getting the desired jobs

Salary:

• The candidates will get a salary according to the Tamil Nadu Consumer Protection Rule 3 ( Allowances, Payscale, and Conditions of Service of Members and President of the District Commission and State Commission) Rules, 2021.
