- The competitor must have done a bachelor’s Degree from an acknowledged university or Institution; and
- Makes in the competitive test set forth from time to time by the appointing authority; and
- Has completed at least a 120-hour course with hands-on experience in the use of a private computer or information technology in Office Productivity software or Desktop Publishing applications from a government-approved or reputable ISO 9001-certified school. OR
- Has completed a Computer Information Technology course similar to a ‘O’ level certificate from the Government of India’s Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC).
- The competitors must be paid Rs.35,400/-.
- The age of the competitor must not be less than 18 years years and more than 37 years till 01st January 2022. Employees of the Punjab Government, its Corporations/ Boards/ Commissions and Authorities, and all State/ Central Government workers may have their upper age restriction reduced to 45 years.
- Rs.750/- is the fee for SC/ ST of all States and BC of Punjab State only
- Rs.500/- is the fee for PWD, EWS, LDESM Punjab
- Rs.500/- is the fee for Ex-Serviceman of Punjab state only
