- Rural Health Coordinator (Female): The competitor must have done Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) 12th. Female health workers must have completed an 18-month or 24-month training program from a government-approved institution. Female health workers should be registered with the Chhattisgarh Nursing Council.
- Dresser (Grade I): The competitor must have done Paramedical training for Orthopedic-Dresser. The Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council should be contacted for live registration as a dresser.
- Rural Health Coordinator (Male): The competitor must have done Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) examination having Biology as a subject and 1-year Multipurpose Worker Training Certificate from a training center or similar training authorized by the State Government and The Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council should be contacted for live registration.
- Dresser (Grade II): The aspirants will get a salary of Level 3 (Rs.5,200/- to Rs.20,200/-, 1800)
- Rural Health Coordinator (Female): The aspirants will get a salary of Level 5 (Rs.5,200/- to Rs.20,200/-, 2200)
- Dresser (Grade I): The aspirants will get a salary of Level 4 (Rs.5,200/- to Rs.20,200/-, 1900)
